Wild Blueberry Jam

Our wild blueberry jam is made with Quebec wild blueberries and organic cane sugar.  We simmer the berries and sugar for several hours until the desired consistency is attained.  Jams are a wonderful addition to a breakfast table and can make a wonderful gift at any time of year.
