Chocolate Bark - Candied Orange Peel

Candied oranges have been around since the middle ages and at some point they were mixed with chocolate, the rest, is history.  This bark is a twist on the classic 'orangettes' that are often found in chocolate shops.   We mix in the candied orange peel into the organic and fair trade chocolate that we use.  Chocolate bark can make a great dessert, just put out plate with a variety of flavors for your guests to enjoy.  All of our bark is available  in milk and dark chocolate, we also offer it with other inclusions:  almond, hazelnut, candied orange, blueberry, cranberries, rice crisps or sponge toffee.
