Chocolate Bark - Candied Ginger

Our candied ginger chocolate bark is made by hand in our Wakefield kitchen using smooth couverture chocolate and pieces of candied ginger.

The chocolate brings softness, while the candied ginger adds a gentle warmth and chewy texture throughout. A simple combination with a little more character, without being overpowering.

It’s the kind of chocolate bark that’s easy to enjoy slowly after dinner. 

We offer it in both milk chocolate and dark chocolate.

And for those who like to explore, our chocolate bark is also available with other inclusions: almond, candied orange, blueberry, cranberry, hazelnut, rice crisps, sponge toffee, and pretzels each made in small batches with the same simple, consistent approach.
